A PODCAST is really just a fancy radio program that you can listen to on your computer or on your iPod or other portable MP3 player. Podcasts are completely free and require no equipment other than a Mac or PC -- you do not need an iPod to listen to a podcast. Each of our podcasts features a range of music and artist interviews in a particular genre -- either jazz and vocal or rock music. The great thing about podcasts is that you can easily subscribe and have new podcasts automatically downloaded to your computer as we create them. And if you use iTunes to listen to the podcast, you will be presented with quick hyperlinks to the Garagista Web site so that you can find out more information about the currently playing song.

This is the direct link to subscribe and should work from a Mac OR a PC as long as you have an iTunes-like MP3 program installed. iTunes users can right (PC) or option (MAC) click here to save the file as an iTunes podcast. Open with iTunes after saving to your computer. If you don't have iTunes software installed, go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download to download the latest version now for free. If you have never podcasted before, you might want to check out your iTunes application (MAC or PC) and click on the "Podcasts" button. Under "advanced" select "subscribe to podcast" and paste the following link in the field: http://www.garagista.us/Podcasts/Garagista.xml

2 If your browser is set up for rss feeds, you should be able to simply click on the below link to just view and play the mp3 file through your browser or default rss reader. http://www.garagista.us/Podcasts/Garagista.xml.

3 For the more experienced feed-readers out there, you should be able to easily incorporate our podcasts into your favorite feed reader, like Pluck or Google Homepage or My AOL. Just click on one of the icons below to have the Garagista podcasts incorporated directly into your favorite reader(s).

4 When in doubt, you can always add our podcasts by URL. For example, in Google Homepage, select "Add Content", select "Add by URL", and enter "www.garagista.us/Podcasts/Garagista.xml". Voilà!
