Free Downloads
On the PC: Simply right-click on the Download MP3 or Download Video link and choose "Save Target As..." to save the file to your desktop or another location. Then, double-click on the file to play it in your default MP3 or video player (e.g. Windows Media Player, iTunes for Windows, etc.).
On the Mac: Simply CTRL-click on the Download MP3 or Download Video link and choose "Download Linked File..." to save the file to your desktop or another location. (If you have a two-button mouse, you can right-click on the buttons.) Then, double-click on the file to play it in your default MP3 or video player (usually iTunes). You can also choose "Open with iTunes" from the right-click menu, but this will only play the MP3/video -- it will not save it to your computer.
You will need Quicktime to play downloaded videos. If you don't already have it (and you probably do), you can get it at
http://www.quicktime.com.
If you use iTunes, you can import the audio or video right into your iTunes library by selecting File->Add to Library from the iTunes application. Locate the downloaded file(s), press OK, and the files will appear in your iTunes library.
